Its content identifies Luna County record custodians, including the sheriff, New Mexico courts, the New Mexico Department of Public Safety, and the New Mexico DPS Sex Offender Registry. Official access is governed in part by the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, Sections 14-2-1 through 14-2-12 NMSA 1978, while §29-10-6 NMSA 1978 governs a person's access to that person's repository arrest information. Some pages also provide access to independently operated search tools.
