Luna County criminal-record questions belong with the office that created or maintains the record. The contacts below route court files to the judicial clerk, local law-enforcement material to the originating agency, custody questions to the Detention Center, and statewide self-review or registry issues to New Mexico DPS. Luna County Criminal History is private and cannot act for any of those offices.

This Is Not a Government Office. Luna County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve official files, conduct a government record check, correct a record, or receive an expungement filing. Contact the proper public custodian directly.

The sheriff's official page does not publish a distinct records-division street address, counter schedule, form, or fee table. Call 575-546-2655 before traveling. Do not use the county's separate document and property search as though it were a sheriff arrest-report portal. Filed dispositions come from the judicial clerk, not the elected county clerk.
